Stretching

Our physical therapist will stretch sore and tight muscles in order to improve range of motion and decrease pain and stiffness. Stretching is always done problem based and is specific to your issues. Additionally, stretching will help to improve circulation (helping to decrease healing time), improve posture, relieve stress and enhance coordination.
